Mumbai based HL Printech Solutions made its debut at the PrintPack India Show in Greater Noida this past weekend. The participation in this exhibition was a pragmatic attempt of the entity to leverage the market outreach of its product basket & garner lucrative business opportunities.
At PrintPack 2022, HL Printech Solutions presented its extended range of CtP Offset Plates and print supplies over their booth space #E25 in the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. It was also attendees’ first look at the company’s brand portfolio, and it was a hit with the crowd!
HL Printech Solutions Pvt Ltd based in the MIDC industrial area of Taloja, Navi Mumbai is engaged in the manufacturing of offset printing plates and print consumables for the process houses and commercial printers. The company is currently manufacturing UV CtP Plate under the brand name – HL Everest. HL Everest Third Generation UV CtP Plate aims to provide a high-resolution and high-speed imaging on all UV CtP plate setters. These high sensitivity plates has enhanced exposure and processing latitude and gives higher throughput and better productivity.
HL Everest UV CtP Plate uses Ultra-Violet laser diode technology and is capable of reproducing 2%-98% dots, along with 200 LPI. It’s FM screening capable and compatible with all popular processors. HL Atlas TDL plate & HL Atlas TSL plate are a set of Thermal offset printing plates that the company plans to launch in the coming months.

HL Printech Solutions has not only opted for the high-quality plate-making equipment, it has also paid due attention to the fact that its manufacturing process is least damaging to the environment. The production unit setup in Taloja imbibes a modern well-designed effluent treatment plant for treating chemicals and acid containing water. With the water treatment plant in place, water is recycled for re-use in manufacturing and a strict zero waste practice is followed across the supply chain.
Made in India to match the global standards, the company’s products are quickly gaining acceptance and acclaim across the country. Moving forward in its vision to become the one-stop shop for print supplies, the company is now working towards the diversification of its product line. After stabilizing the plate production, HL Printech is closely looking at other printing consumables, notably pressroom chemicals and printing blankets. The company envisages to amplify the production capacity and augment its product line in the near future.
